FirstCU Online

The connection to Intuit Quicken has been restored, once again we apologize for any inconvenience.

FirstCU Online is First Service's online credit union office, providing you access to your credit union savings accounts, checking accounts, loans, bill payer services, and loan applications from virtually anywhere, day or night, weekend or holiday. You can even access your statement history and make copies of your cleared checks. It's your personal credit union at your fingertips . . anytime . . anywhere.


FirstCU Online

The first time you log into FirstCU Online, you will be prompted for a Username. You may enter your account number as the Username for your first sign-on OR select "No Username? Click Here" under the Username box to proceed. This will take you to the Username Registration screen to set up your Account Number, Password and Username.

After registration of your Username, you will be prompted on the next screen to select an Image and a PassPhrase. Your PassPhrase is different than your Password. It will appear with your Image when you sign-in to identify you are at our official web site.

You will use your Username to access FirstCU Online each time after your initial visit, so select a name you will easily remember.

Free BillPayer, e-Statements and e-Check images are found in FirstCU Online. You will need to allow pop-ups to access these sites.

An Account Summary of all accounts and loans is located under "Account Balance". You can click on individual accounts listed in Account Summary for history.

Transfer confirmations can be found in expanded History by clicking on the "plus" sign.

Pull down menus for "Savings" will offer Regular Share Savings and Super Share Accounts.

Pull down menus for "Shares" will offer all accounts; savings, checking and certificates.

A quick link for check copies appear under "Recent Activity" or by clicking on the check number in Account History (this number will appear in the color blue on color monitors).

e-Alerts and Help are found under "Other Options"

    (Recent Activity or click on the blue check number in the account history)

    For BillPayer and e-Statement access, remember to turn off your pop-up blocker.
