ITM Video Teller

VIDEO TELLER
Withdraw Cash - Cash Checks - Make Loan Payments - Transfer Funds - Make Deposits - Do Balance Inquiries and much more!

Welcome to First Service's newest addition of technological convenience to serve you.  We are always looking for ways to continue to innovate and offer you options to handle your credit union transactions in an efficient manner. VIDEO TELLER will provide you the convenience of ATM transactions as well as an interactive teller to assist you, if you choose.  If you would like additional assistance, simply select the "HELP" button on the machine to communicate with a teller through the video screen for service features that a typical ATM cannot provide.
It is a privilege serving you.  There is no additional charge for teller assistance.
No, the time it takes is similar to what you would expect if you went into a lobby to handle your transaction.  If you consider the time it takes to park, get out of your vehicle,
walk inside and possibly stand in line, then head back to your car to leave, it should take less time at the Video Teller/ATM.  A bonus is that you (and the little ones) will not need to get out of your car in the cold, snow or rain!
That's not a problem.  The first thing you will do at the machine is choose whether you want to use it as an ATM only for cash withdrawals or deposits or use the Video Teller to assist you with other types of transactions.  It's your choice.
No.  The new technology will allow our employees to serve you in a more efficient and convenient manner.  You will control whether you use the Video Teller.  We will be using our regular staff to assist you when you make your choice.   We're now offering this option that is similar to the choice you have at a grocery store or retailer where you can use the self-serve checkout or get in line for an employee to assist you.  Many members are comfortable with doing their own transactions and appreciate this type of technology.  We continue to welcome our members who want the interaction of teller assistance as well.
No, tellers are not being replaced with Video Tellers.  We will utilize our current employees to provide this new service option for you.  Once fully established, the Video Teller will make it easier to offer extended services to you, providing opportunities for our employees and staff to fill new positions.
Absolutely.  All Video Tellers work for your credit union.  They may not be located at the exact location as the unit that you are using, but they are all First Service staff.

Sorry but no, the machine cannot accept coins.
You can use the machine as an ATM to withdraw money from your account as you always have.  If you want to withdraw cash on your own, choose the ATM function as the first choice you make at the machine. You can also push the help button for a Video Teller assisted withdrawal similar to how you would in a branch.

The Video Teller Can:  make a check or cash deposit, make a cash withdrawal, cash a check, transfer between accounts, make loan and credit card payments.
The Video Teller Cannot: count or deposit coins, issue a cashier's check, open or close an account, make IRA or HSA contributions, do savings bond redemptions, handle foreign currency or gift cards.
No, there is no cost to use the Video Teller, just like there is no cost for using a lobby teller or our drive-up service.
No, non-members can use the machine as an ATM only.  However, we welcome new members from the counties of Franklin, Fairfield, Delaware, Pickaway, Madison, Morrow, Licking and Union to join our credit union family.
As long as you are a First Service member, we can look up your name, social security number, or First Service account number.  You may need to scan an ID before completing your requested transaction.
Yes, the Video Teller can assist you with multiple transactions in one visit, as long as they are within the allowed functions of this service such as make a check or cash deposit, make a cash withdrawal, cash a check, transfer between accounts, and make loan and credit card payments.
